An order confirmation email is sent to confirm receipt of your order. This email is a confirmation of the goods
ordered but does not constitute order acceptance or confirmation by Great Outdoors Superstore. Payment is
taken from your card at the time that we receive your order. If we are unable to supply the ordered goods you
will be contacted as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Great Outdoors Superstore will take
place on dispatch to you of the goods ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or
you have cancelled it.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. Where we discover an error
in the price of the goods ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm
your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order
as cancelled. Prices quoted throughout our online store include standard UK VAT where appropriate. We
reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Our aim (but not guarantee) is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of order and your delivery will typically be
received within 2-4 days (Monday to Friday) when using our standard delivery option, although this may take up to 15 days.
Most items listed on the website are in stock. When items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 24 working hours in our working days (Monday to Friday). Under the unforeseen circumstance that the item you have ordered has been available to buy through the website but is not in stock, please allow us 1 to 2 working days for re-stocking the item in your order. In this instance your order will not be dispatched within 24 hours. If your order cannot be dispatched within 3 working days, we will contact you via email providing an explanation and an estimated delivery date.
Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as
soon as possible. Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than the times specified
above. Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a specialist carrier. Some deliveries will need a
signature on receipt and if there is no one present to receive the delivery a card will be left. You may specify an
alternative delivery address at the time of placing the order if you choose.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT
When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company.
To process your order more efficiently, we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile) to be used in
case of query. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta by secure server.
We warrant to you that any Product you purchase through the Site will be of satisfactory quality.
Your warrant to us that: you have full authority, power and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that all
necessary actions have been taken to enable you to lawfully enter into this Agreement; you are legally capable
of entering into binding contracts; the information provided in the Order is accurate; and you will be able to
accept delivery of the Products as contemplated in this Agreement.
Subject to the warranties set out in above, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we disclaim all
warranties with respect to the Products, whether express or implied.
CONSUMER RIGHTS (NT)
You may cancel this Agreement at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the Products
(subject to the limitations set out below).
If you cancel this Agreement on this basis, you must inform us in writing and return the Products to us
immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. Products returned by you within the 7 working
day period referred to above will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you). However,
you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the Product to us.
If you cancel this Agreement on this basis and you do not return to the Products to us, we may recover the
Products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the Products at our expense,
we may pass that expense on to you.
Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for a refund providing they are received back at our
logistics centre within 30 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition, in the original
packaging and accompanied by a completed returns form. We recommend that all returned items are sent
using an insured delivery service for your own protection. We will refund reasonable carriage costs incurred by
returning defective items only, but we expect you to choose a cost-effective method of carriage in preference to
an expensive next-day service. Defective products will be replaced without a further delivery charge. We regret that we cannot
accept returns of videos, DVDs, books and computer software unless they are found to be defective. The
